High Valley was at the 4th Annual BBQ, Blues & Bluegrass Festival in St. Joe. Some background on the guys: Brad and Curtis are actually BROTHERS! The two have been playing music together with their entire family since they were kids. In 2015 they guys signed with Atlantic Records and are currently living in Nashville. They’ve opened for Alan Jackson and also Little Big Town and this year have been listed on the Billboard upcoming artists to watch in 2016. When chatting with the guys they told me that they attempted to “make it big” by going “bro-country” that didn’t work for them too well…SO they stuck with their “bluegrass/country” sound and it all took off from there!
