Pokemon Go players have been causing some issues nationwide including at a Novi cemetery. Police Chief David Malloy says they asked the game maker to remove Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens as a game site after people were showing up after hours to catch Pokemon. He says the game is still causing some other problems.

“We did have a few incident of individuals crossing roadways on bicycles and looking at their phones,” Malloy said. “We haven’t had any injuries or accidents reported, but it’s a good reminder to always be aware of your surroundings. Obviously, use caution whenever you’re trying to cross a street, whether there’s Pokemon there or not.”

Meanwhile, a New Jersey homeowner is suing Pokemon Go!, seeking class-action status on behalf of all Americans whose properties have been trespassed by wayward monster finders. These include an Alabama cemetery, the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and a Massachusetts family whose home was visited more than a dozen times.
