Cornerstone Alliance is moving to a new facility in Benton Harbor. President Rob Cleveland tells WSJM News they’ve found new digs on West Main, while Mosaic CCDA will take over Cornerstone’s current property on West Wall Street. He says the moves begin May first, when Cornerstone will go into a temporary location.

“Ultimately, we will be moving on to Main Street in Benton Harbor,” Cleveland said. “80 West Main, the former Tabor Hill wine tasting facility, and that will allow Mosaic to use the building that we’re in for their needs and it will allow us to spur development on another block of Main Street in Benton Harbor.”

The move to 80 West Main is expected in the fall. Cleveland tells us the new facility will house Cornerstone Alliance, Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce, the Women’s Business Center and Small Business Services, SCORE, and the Renaissance Development Fund. More than $1 million is being invested in the area as a result of the changes.
