State Senator John Proos has issued a public service announcement encouraging men to take better care of their health. This is Men’s Health Week, and Proos tells us more than half of all premature deaths among American men are preventable.
“I encourage all men to get regular exercise and get regular check ups,” Proos said. “After all, we men are 24% less likely to go to the doctor than women.”
Proos has posted the video PSA to YouTube. He adds men should make it a priority to show good habits to their kids.
