Ground has been broken on the latest Harbor Shores residential development. Harbor Village is located near other Harbor Shores neighborhoods, sitting on about 11 acres. Harbor Shores Director of Real Estate Kerry Wright told WSJM News at Monday’s groundbreaking they’re aiming to attract all sorts of residents.
“We’re releasing 78 single family home sites at the confluence of the St. Joseph and Paw Paw Rivers, and we are really excited in that we were able to identify everybody from first time home buyers to empty nesters in the product that we’ve designed and the price points at which we will sell these homes,” Wright said.
Harbor Village is the seventh neighborhood that has been introduced to the Harbor Shores community in seven years. The new neighborhood includes walking trails and bike trails to make the waterfront accessible to everyone.
