The recently-opened tasting room for Lake Michigan College’s wine program will hold a grand opening celebration this weekend. Lake Michigan Vintners Brand Manager Laura Morris tells WSJM News the storefront on First Street in Baroda sells all nine varieties of wine LMC students make.
“The most popular wine has probably been the dry Riesling, and then we have a couple of dry red blends that have been quite popular,” Morris said. “We do have a sweeter style Riesling that people really have been taking to.”
This weekend, they’ll have live music and special food for sale at the LMC tasting room. Not to mention, you can pick up LMC-made wines. Check out LakeMichiganVintners.com to find the schedule.
