Comcast is gearing up to show off its new Xfinity store in Benton Township. Spokesperson Jack Segal tells WSJM News they’ll have a ribbon cutting Thursday for the location on Fairplain Drive. It will feature more for customers than the old office in Benton Harbor.
“You can try our products and services,” Segal said. “In fact, we’ll have couches and chairs that sort of emulate a living room, and you can sit down and try the products and services as you would in your own living room. So, that’s really, really fun.”
Segal tells us this new store is the first of its kind in southwest Michigan. It will be open to the public this Friday and Saturday featuring food and drinks, a photo booth, and face painting. The new store also have a few more employees than the old location.
