A plastic injection mold company in Stevensville has announced a major expansion. Dura Mold, which also produces die casts, is investing $1.4 million in an 8,000 square foot addition. It’s expected to create 7 new jobs. The announcement comes after the Lake Township Board of Trustees this week approved a tax abatement for the work. Cornerstone Alliance helped Dura Mold in seeking it. Cornerstone’s Greg Vaughn tells us Dura Mold is a good example of a Berrien County business that’s thriving. The expansion to Dura Mold’s facility on Linco Road is expected to be finished by March of next year.
