Storms Knock Out Power In Berrien County

Strong thunderstorms are responsible for several thousand Indiana Michigan Power customers being without any electricity this morning. After the first round of storms rolled through, there were 4,655 customers in the dark in Berrien County, with 23 separate outages. Nearly 15-hundred of those were in the Benton Harbor area, with just over 500 south of Coloma. More outages are possible throughout the day as storms continue to push through.
