As we get closer to the holidays, tech expert Katie Linendoll offered some tips for those still shopping. She tells Michigan News Network virtual reality, retro, and STEM gifts are hot this season:
“Toys have changes since we were little,” Linendoll said. “I see STEM, referencing science, technology, engineering, and math. Kids of all ages now have access to toys that can teach them to code, build robots, connected devices that respond back. Not only do kids get excited, but parents because there’s an educational tie-in.”
Linendoll adds that 90% of Americans forget batteries for their kids’ toys. Lindenoll recommends Energizer’s Ultimate Lithium batteries.
