A Cass County man faces up to 30 years in prison after being convicted in a meth case on Wednesday. The Cass County Prosecutor’s office says Richard Williams was found guilty by a jury of possessing methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, of conspiring with girlfriend Ashley Friske to do the same, and of maintaining a drug house. Police say they raided the Calvin Township home of Williams in May and found meth along with items used in the use and sale of meth. Friske pleaded guilty in September to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, conspiring with Williams to possess with intent to deliver methamphetamine, and maintaining a drug house. Williams will be sentenced on December 13 as a habitual offender.
