Spectrum Health Lakeland’s new pavilion project has received another boost. Spectrum says Southwestern Medical Clinic providers have donated $75,000 to the atrium dining areas on the basement level of the pavilion. The contribution will help allow for new food stations, modern decor, natural light, and digital menu screens. The cafeteria and new dining area are already open to the public. Southwestern Medical Clinic Physicians Incorporated President Dan Hayward says the group is honored to be able to help support the Lakeland project. So far, community members have donated nearly $7 million in support of the Spectrum Health Lakeland Pavilion. Phase I of project will be finished next month. Phase II, which includes 80,000 square feet of renovated space, is expected to be completed late this year.
