A resurfacing project is about to start on East Main Street in Benton Harbor. The Michigan Department of Transportation says it’s working on two miles of the road from the St. Joseph River to Fair Avenue. The work will involve crack filling, joint repairs, and new pavement markings in addition to the paving work to extend the life of the road.
