State Releases COVID Numbers For Thursday

Michigan is reporting 685 additional cases of COVID-19 for Thursday. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services says there have been a total of 104,395 cases of the illness in the state since the start of the pandemic. The state reports ten additional deaths for Thursday, bringing that total to 6,519. However, nine of those deaths were identified through a review of vital records. For the day, Berrien County reported six additional cases for a total of 1,448 with 70 deaths. Cass County reported three new cases for a total of 389 and 16 deaths. Van Buren County reported four additional cases for Thursday for a total of 574 cases and 14 deaths.
