Voters in the village of Three Oaks said yes to allowing marijuana establishments in town this week. The proposed ordinance would permit a limited number and type of marijuana related establishments within the village limits and also charge a non-refundable application fee for such permits. Voters approved the question 436 to 251. A marijuana proposal in Three Oaks Township was approved 315 to 253.
