Michigan is reporting 4,486 additional cases of COVID-19 for Saturday. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services coronavirus website shows the state with a total of 430,780 cases of the illness since the start of the pandemic. The state added 206 deaths on Saturday, 176 of which were identified through a review of vital records. Michigan has had a total of 10,662 COVID deaths. For Saturday, the Berrien County Health Department’s COVID dashboard showed the county with a total of 7,714 cases of the illness since March. The county has had 134 COVID deaths. For Saturday, Berrien County had 59 non-ICU hospitalizations and 6 patients in the ICU. Van Buren County reported 3,402 COVID cases and 61 confirmed COVID deaths since March.
