Michigan is reporting 3,896 additional cases of COVID-19 for Saturday. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services coronavirus website says the state has had more than 458,000 cases of COVID since the pandemic started. It reported 187 additional deaths for Saturday, 155 of which were identified through a review of vital records. The state has had a total of 11,461 COVID-19 deaths. For Saturday, the Berrien County Health Department’s COVID dashboard showed the county with 59 additional cases of COVID over Friday, bringing its total since March to 8,185. The county had 2 additional deaths, for a total of 148. Berrien County on Saturday had 39 non-ICU hospitalizations and 6 patients in the intensive care unit. Van Buren County reported 50 additional cases for Saturday, making for a pandemic total of 3,647 cases and 68 deaths, an increase of 3.
