Michigan is reporting 3,082 additional cases of COVID-19 for Tuesday. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services says the state has had a total of more than 466,000 cases since the pandemic started. Michigan reported 173 deaths for Tuesday, 72 of which were identified through a review of vital records. The state’s death total is now 11,705. For Tuesday, the Berrien County Health Department’s COVID dashboard showed the county with 55 additional cases of COVID over Monday, bringing its total since March to 8,315. The county had 5 additional deaths, bringing its total to 152. Berrien County on Tuesday had 30 non-ICU hospitalizations and 7 patients in the intensive care unit. Van Buren County on Tuesday reported a total 3,674 COVID cases and 68 deaths.
