State Reports 3,200 Additional COVID Cases For Sunday And Monday

Michigan is reporting 3,239 additional cases of COVID-19 for Sunday and Monday combined. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services says that works out to an average of 1,619 per each day. The state’s coronavirus website says Michigan has had more than 480,000 cases of COVID since the pandemic started. It reported 60 additional deaths for Sunday and Monday combined. The death total in Michigan is now 12,089. For Monday, the Berrien County Health Department’s COVID dashboard showed the county with 34 additional cases over Sunday’s numbers. Berrien County has had 8,546 cases of COVID and 159 deaths since the start of the pandemic. Van Buren County reported 3,775 cases and 70 deaths, according to the state’s coronavirus website.
