If you’re planning to take a trip this year, you’ll want to prepare yourself for a different travel experience. AAA spokesperson Adrienne Woodland explains what travelers should expect.

“Face coverings are still gonna be required on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into and within, or out of, the United States. Also it’s really important to talk to a travel agent. They can answer questions related to travel insurance options, and what to do if you need to make a last minute change to a trip.”

Woodland says airline passengers may be offered limited food and beverage services, and the TSA is allowing 12-ounce hand sanitizer containers in carry-on bags.
