It’s looking like Michigan State will have a majority of their classes in person this fall.

“Our student vaccine numbers today are welcome news,” says MSU president Samuel Stanley. “When combined with the fact that over 80% of undergraduate and graduate students say they intend to get a COVID-19 vaccine, we are moving closer to a more typical fall semester and I look forward to seeing more students on campus.”

Stanley says more than 2,000 students have received the COVID-19 vaccine this week, and more will receive it next week. He says first year students will be back living on campus in the fall.
