Michigan has 1,372 new COVID-19 cases for Thursday. The Department of Health and Human Services says 74 deaths were recorded. with 61 being from reviews of vital records. The totals since March 2020 are now 881,057 cases and 18,815 deaths.
In southwest Michigan, Berrien County cases are up by 21 to 13,720 with 262 deaths, up by three. Cass County cases are up by 6 at 4,733 with 71 deaths and Van Buren County is up 16 cases to 6,555 and deaths are at 111.
