A big event is coming back to west Michigan starting tomorrow, ArtPrize in Grand Rapids, an international art competition.
“This is the first full ArtPrize that has taken place since 2018. So we’re excited to bring it back to the city of Grand Rapids and welcome all the artists,” says spokeswoman Karie Sprygada.
She says there are hundreds of art works all over town with juried and public awards. There’s a new venue for artists to auction or sell their art this year. ArtPrize runs through October 3rd.
