Covert Township police are investigating a murder. 43-year-old Levar Coleman of Covert was shot in the chest during an argument around 8:15 Thursday night at a Marathon gas station on M-140 and died after being taken to a hospital. Police have not said if they have made an arrest. Anyone with information on the murder is asked to call Covert Township Police at 269-764-8100.
