The holidays are just around the corner and 41% of Michigan residents plan to travel for three days or more over Thanksgiving, Christmas and/or New Year’s. This from a Triple-A Michigan travel survey.

“We’re actually encouraging and urging Michigan residents to book their holiday travel plans now and it’s really best to book before Halloween if you can,” says Triple-A Michigan spokeswoman Adrienne Woodland.

She says that’s as we’ve recently seen flight delays and cancellations. The survey also shows those who plan to stay home are concerned about getting the coronavirus.
