The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an ATV crash in Penn Township Saturday afternoon. 67-year-old Garry Tinnell of Vandalia lost control and the ATV flipped on its side. He was taken to Elkhart General Hospital to be treated for his injuries. Deputies say he was not wearing a helmet, but alcohol and drugs are not likely factors in the crash.
