Public safety in Benton Harbor is investigating shots being fired between people in two cars Friday. No one was hurt. The shooting happened at Broadway and Lake with multiple shell casings collected for evidence. The cars left along Broadway. Witnesses say kids were outside playing at the time. No arrests have been made.
