Whirlpool is bringing its appliance sale for the United Way to Battle Creek. The United Way of Southwest Michigan says hundreds of deeply discounted appliances ranging from refrigerators to dishwashers to washers will be on sale December 11 and 12 at McCamly Place near Festival Market Square in Battle Creek. This appliance sale will benefit both the United Way of the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo and the United Way of Southwest Michigan. The sale will take place Saturday, December 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, December 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition to the larger appliances, there will also be smaller appliances like microwaves and cooktops available. For $100, appliances could be delivered within a 30 mile radius.
