Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel was among the speakers at an abortion rights rally outside Grand Rapids City Hall on Saturday. Hundreds gathered to support their rights to have control over their bodies, and Nessel said she will not enforce the state’s 1931 ban on all abortions if Roe v. Wade is overturned. Grand Rapids resident Chelsea Conner said the U.S. Supreme Court’s draft ruling affects more than abortion rights and says what’s on the table is “really scary.”
