The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department says it seized 148 grams of meth in a bust this week. Detectives got word a Kalamazoo woman would be selling meth in Bloomingdale Township around 7 p.m. on Tuesday and saw her make a hand to hand exchange. They moved in and found four grams of meth the 35-year-old had dropped on the ground. A search of her vehicle with the help of K9 Kuno turned up another 32 grams. Police say, in total, the investigation led to 148 grams of meth. The woman was taken to the Van Buren County Jail while a 33-year-old male passenger in her vehicle was released.
