Harbor Shores Development has a new managing director. The Harbor Shores Operating Committee has appointed Chris Cook to the role, taking over for the retired Jeff Noel and Jeff Gilbertsen, who has taken a role as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Cullinan Properties, Ltd. Noel joined as chief financial officer in 2008 and became executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer in 2018. Cook has a 35-year career of increasing responsibility from staff engineer to project manager, to regional president, to president/CEO, and most recently, president emeritus of Abonmarche Consultants, Incorporated. Harbor Shores has gone from over 550 acres of run down sites to new neighborhoods, a hotel, an 81-unit multi-family development, all anchored by a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
