An Allegan County man will spend between 50 and 75 years in prison after being caught with a large amount of child pornography downloaded to his phone and producing some of it with two children he had access to. Steven Foupht was arrested on November 10 2021 and charged with 30 felonies 12 days later. He pleaded guilty to several charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct, aggravated child sexually abusive material, and using a computer to commit a crime. He was arrested in Otsego Township after officers got a tip about the material he had.
