The Berrien County Road Department has started an improvement project on Red Arrow Highway in the Watervliet area. It says preparation work for repaving started Friday and the road will have intermittent lane closures as the project continues through Tuesday. Crews are working on Red Arrow Highway from the Watervliet city limits to County Line Road. The actual paving is expected to be Tuesday. There are flaggers out to direct traffic and drivers are advised to expect delays.
