Attorney General Dana Nessel’s office is investigating alleged crimes connected to former state House Speaker Lee Chatfield. The Republican is accused of giving his brother money from political accounts and also receiving Adderall from his brother for himself and two lobbyists. Chatfield is also under a separate investigation for sexual abuse, brought by his sister-in-law, who says he started a sexual relationship with her when she was 15.
