U.S. Attorney Mark Totten will be joined by Benton Harbor Public Safety Director Dan McGinnis, Assistant Special Agent in Charge David Porter of the FBI and Assistant Special Agent in Charge Kraig Kailimai of the ATF in announcing arrests and charges against 11. Targets were in Benton Harbor and Grand Rapids as police investigated people. The announcement will be at 3 today in Benton Harbor as the criminal complaint in federal court is unsealed.
