Theresa L. Smith, 65, of Three Rivers, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at her home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held graveside, on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery, 3941 S. Westnedge Ave, Kalamazoo. Theresa was born November 13, 1957, to Virginia Sibley, and soon gained Donald Housenger as her father. Her family remembers her as a hardworking woman; she worked has a Certified Nurses Assistant for Heartland Nursing Home and Three Rivers Hospital for many years before her retirement. Theresa enjoyed shopping on QVC, watching Star Trek and action movies. Most of all she loved her daughters and spending time with them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Theresa is survived by her daughters, Tara Smith and Bianca Smith; siblings, Donald Housenger, II, Richard Housenger and Katrina (Terry) Hinshaw. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Virginia Housenger.
